Expedia has unveiled its list of the best airports for business travelers, and now the airline is expanding it to include nonstop flights.
Expedia CEO Anthony LeBlanc made the announcement during a live webcast Tuesday.
Expanded travel options have always been an important feature of Expedia’s platform, and the new service is a welcome addition to the company’s travel offerings.
Expedited flights are available at over 100 of Expedite’s more than 50 destinations worldwide.
The company also says it will be launching a new Expedited travel option at airports in Europe later this year.
“The Expedited service is great for travelers that want to go faster and are looking for a way to travel at the most cost-effective price possible,” LeBlac said during the live webinar.
“We know how important our customers are, and we’re excited to give them the ability to experience these incredible travel options.”
Expedia plans to expand its Expedited airline to new destinations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia over the next two years.
The service will be available to all Expedites customers worldwide.
For now, Expedia is only offering nonstop business flights to more than 70 of its destinations, and it is not offering non-stop domestic flights.
The travel service is available to Expedies customers only in the U.S. However, the company said it will expand its service to other countries as the market evolves.
“Expedia is committed to growing our business and we will continue to work with our customers to continue to provide them with the best value possible,” said Michael C. Sallenger, senior vice president of travel and travel marketing at Expedia.
“This is a great way for our customers and their families to travel without spending thousands of dollars each time.
With Expedited, we can offer travelers a faster, more cost-efficient way to get from point A to point B. We are proud to offer this service to our customers, and expect it to be the first Expedited flight service to be available on Expedia.”
